We insist on having a limited number of faculty members because we believe that a small number of good faculties are far better than a large number of mediocre faculties. We have 20 plus well-qualified and experienced faculties for each subject who are genuinely supported, from time to time, by a large number of staffs including helpers, technical experts, well-trained paramedics and trained housekeepers.
